'I have been using FanOut shears for the past five years with unparalleled success, from the quality of workmanship to the thought in design to the function and purpose, there is no other shear on the market than can match FanOut. I had the pleasure this week to examine the "Beauty Care" series, I feel FanOut has done it again in redefining tools for the beauty professional, the attention to detail, workmanship, design and function are extraordinary, I plan to have the "Beauty Care" series as part of each students kit, I'm very impressed.'
